• Vampire score calculation (1-5 rating)
• Health score assessment (0-100)
• AI-powered recommendations (Pro users)
• Historical analysis tracking (Pro users)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using your email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

• Basic subscription detection
• Limited analysis results (top subscriptions only)
• No AI-powered insights
• 24-hour data retention

4.2 Pro Plan

• Full subscription analysis
• AI-powered personalized recommendations
• Unlimited historical analysis
• Export reports (PDF)
• Priority customer support

Price: $6.99 per month (billed monthly)

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis and will automatically renew unless canceled.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment processor
• By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees
• All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Upload data that you do not have the right to use

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Nonball, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, are owned by Nonball and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nonball provides informational insights only. We do NOT provide:

• Financial advice or investment recommendations
• Guaranteed accuracy of subscription detection
• Automatic cancellation of subscriptions
• Legal or tax advice

All decisions regarding your subscriptions are your own responsibility. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NONBALL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
