2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions.

If you are not satisfied with Nonball Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email address
  3. State the reason for your refund request (optional)
  4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days

3. Subscription Renewal Refunds

For monthly renewals: Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of the renewal charge.

After 7 days: No refunds are provided for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

4. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

  • Log into your account dashboard
  • Navigate to "Subscription Settings"
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm cancellation

Note: After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur.

5. Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
  • Chargebacks filed with your bank or credit card company (please contact us first)
  • Accounts that have been inactive for more than 30 days before the refund request
  • Third-party fees (bank fees, currency conversion fees, etc.)

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: 7-10 business days

The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

7. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will have access to Pro features until the end of your billing period, but no prorated refund will be issued.

8. Disputes

If you have a dispute about a charge, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Chargebacks may result in suspension of your account while we investigate.
